Closer is operated by Boulder Tech Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 205963372 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@yourcloser.co.
What we collect
- Your phone number, which you enter and confirm with a six-digit code.
- Your commitment — the goal you type, in your own words, and the schedule you set.
- Call recordings and transcripts. Calls are recorded. This is disclosed in writing before any call is placed and before payment details are collected.
- Call metadata — time, duration, outcome, and whether you answered.
- What works on you. From your own words and your call audio we build a profile of which approaches actually get you moving, including the reasons you have given for not starting. It is used to make your own calls work and for nothing else.
- Consent records — the timestamp, IP address, browser user agent, and the exact wording of the disclosure shown to you when you agreed.
- Payment status. Card details go directly to our payment processor. We never receive or store your card number.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To perform the contract you entered into: scheduling and placing your calls, sending your receipt, and billing your subscription.
- With your consent: placing automated voice calls and text messages to the number you gave us, and recording those calls.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure, and in preventing abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations, including telecommunications and accounting rules.
Calls and text messages
You request calls to your own number, and the first one is placed seconds after you ask for it. Your closer never carries marketing, promotions, or third-party content — only the commitment you set.
We text you a receipt when you sign up and operational messages about your calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to end everything — the texts, the calls, and the subscription together — or HELP for help. Saying "stop" on a call does the same. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use these processors:
- Twilio — placing calls and sending text messages.
- xAI — the real-time voice model that speaks on the call.
- Stripe — payment processing.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Where your data is held
Our processors operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
- Account data — your number, commitment and schedule — for as long as your subscription is active.
- Call recordings and transcripts for 90 days, after which they are deleted.
- Consent records and billing records for as long as the law requires us to keep them, which is longer than the rest.
When you end your subscription we delete your recordings and transcripts and stop all calls and messages immediately.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. Email support@yourcloser.co and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to recordings and transcripts is restricted to what is needed to run and improve your own calls. Card data never reaches our servers.
Children
Closer is for adults. It is not offered to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you before any change that materially affects you takes effect.
